Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the custodian that matches the Gwinnett County record:
- A docket sheet: run a docket search through the county portal, or request it from the proper clerk
- A court date or setting: check the court schedule, then confirm it with the issuing division
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A Recorder's citation: call 877-794-0988 or use Recorder's Court Public Access
- Court records and case files: review court case records, or contact the court that heard the case

The office generally operates weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; several new-filing counters close at 4:30 p.m. Probate record requests use the separate Probate operation at the same address and probatecourt@gwinnettcounty.com.
